Using a mixture of traditional and innovative research methods, we analyse the entire customer experience; we uncover customers’ exact perceptions, and how their decisions and actions are impacting on our clients’ success.

Whilst we focus exclusively on your customers, iEmployeeExperience focuses on your employees, the level of engagement within your workforce, and the drivers for increasing these levels.

i360Research’s specialist focus unites both customer and employee research as part of an entire service profit chain analysis to explicitly determine the correlation and causational relationships between employee engagement and customer engagement in order to drive a more cohesive approach to improving organisational profitability and service excellence.

Our management team

iCustomerExperience's parent company, i360Experience, was founded and is managed by Andrea Collins and Jamie Clifton, both highly accomplished individuals in their own areas. Between them they run a team of like minded, highly experienced individuals who are driven to make an impact and deliver results.

The team incorporates a number of researchers, consultants, trainers, and administration personnel.
